Quality and compliance
Review the sample. Do not take a badge on faith.
Quality and security on this site are the practices used for coding and revenue cycle work, plus the checks agreed for pharmacovigilance and clinical research. Certificates are not displayed.
Coding and revenue cycle quality
- A dedicated quality team reviews production.
- The daily audit sample is 3–5% of that work.
- Procedures are signed off before they are used.
- Reviewers calibrate when a decision is disputed.
The 3–5% figure is the size of the sample. It is not a claim that accuracy is 95%, and it is not a collection rate. Unsampled work is not described as error-free.
Pharmacovigilance and clinical research
Drug-safety and study deliverables are checked against the procedure or the specification you approved. The sample size and the acceptance rule are written into that engagement.
The coding sample rate is not copied across. A case, a report, a programmed table, or a trial master file check is not called certified, inspection-proof, or approved.
Security measures
These workplace measures are operational controls. They are not external certifications.
Biometric access
Biometric control on access to the workplace.
CCTV
Closed-circuit television as a workplace measure, not as a certification.
Restricted phones
Restrictions on phones in the production environment.
Security staff
Security staff as part of the physical workplace.
Compliance officer
A compliance officer is named among the measures. The person is not published here.
Internal audits
Internal audits of the operation. An internal audit is not an external certificate.
Certificates
No certificates are published on this site. HIPAA and ISO/ISMS appear as topics in ForeMed Academy training, and the security list above is a set of measures. Neither is a certification badge. A certificate will be added here only when a current document is on file.
