Who the work is for

Providers use the coding and revenue cycle lines. Pharma, biotech, CRO, and device teams use pharmacovigilance and clinical research support. The statement of work names which one.

01

Healthcare providers

Clinics, ambulatory surgery centres, ambulance services, and specialty practices.

United States provider organisations are the audience for ForeMed’s medical coding and revenue cycle work. Practice managers, billing directors, and finance leads can scope one specialty, one coding type, or a stage of the cycle.

Specialties include cardiology, air ambulance, radiology and pathology, ophthalmology and optometry, general medicine and multispecialty, behavioral health, and ambulatory surgery.

Coding support is also offered to payers. A payer engagement uses its own work instructions.

02

Pharma and biotech

Marketing authorisation holders and development teams.

Pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies can use ForeMed for pharmacovigilance operations and for clinical research support. The marketing authorisation holder keeps the legal duty for the pharmacovigilance system and for the trial.

A typical scope is case processing, literature, an aggregate report, or a data-management or writing function — not an unnamed “full service.”

03

Contract research organisations

CRO teams that need additional capacity.

CROs can use ForeMed as capacity for safety case processing, clinical data management, medical writing, and trial master file support.

The CRO remains the organisation in front of the sponsor unless the contract says otherwise. We work to the CRO’s procedures when that is the engagement.

04

Medical devices

Device manufacturers with safety and clinical documentation to support.

Medical device organisations can use the same support model for safety case handling, clinical data management, and study or submission documents.

Device vigilance has its own rules. We follow the procedures you provide. We do not claim a device-regulation appointment or a notified-body role.
